Casting: The Boyfriend
We are looking for someone to play the 'Boyfriend' in our music video who is the focal point in our narrative in this video. Our typical boyfriend in the video would be tall, slender build preferably with dark hair. This is because we want to contrast the female protagonist (the girlfriend) who would be very petite and would have blonde hair.
We have lined up to three possible candidates for the role. They are all in our year and close friends which is vital so we are able to communicate with them making filming less stressful. The three candidates are:
Dylan Mogoi
Dylan was our first choice once we had finalised our song decision. His is perfect for the look of our video, he is tall, dark haired and has light eyes which would contrast are lead female role. Having Dylan would be great for the group as we know him and are able to get in touch easily and communicate throughout the whole process of filming.
Sam Kelly
Sam Kelly
Our second option is Sam kelly. He is goes against 'the look' we initially wanted but due to availability and our shooting schedule, we will have to be less picky in terms of casting as we will go with whomever is available when we need to film. Sam is in our year so he is also another perfect candidate to be the lead role. He is free on days which we set to film making it easier on us for time.
